1. Services & Bookings
All bookings require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit to secure the date.Final payments are due as specified in the contract before the event date.Any requested changes to service packages must be agreed upon in writing.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable.Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date may not be eligible for a refund.If we are unable to fulfill the service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative or issue a refund.
3. Copyright & Usage Rights
Ownership: Black Tie Media retains the copyright to all photos and videos produced.Client Usage: Clients receive a license for personal use, including sharing and printing images.Restrictions: Clients may not edit, sell, or commercially distribute the media without written consent.
4. Liability & Limitations
While we take every precaution to deliver high-quality results, Black Tie Media is not responsible for factors beyond our control, including venue restrictions, weather conditions, or unforeseen technical failures.Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
5. Delivery & Turnaround Time
Standard delivery times for final edits are within 7 days for photos and 14 days for videos unless otherwise specified.Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must obtain necessary permissions for photography/videography at venues.Any special requests should be communicated in advance.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, they will be subject to the laws of Indiana, USA.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
